Basic Steps

This week we have been very active! Lets keep track of how active we were this week!

Throughout the week, keep track of your daily activity in your fitness journal, and on Friday share your activities with the class! Each day be sure to include a description of the activity or activities you did, as well as how long you did them. Share all of your activities, big or small! If you have a step tracker, include the number of steps you took throughout the day!

Here is a sample activity log that I recorded from yesterday!


Tuesday:
  • walked the dog - 30 mins
  • soccer - 2 hours
  • went to the gym - 1 hour
  • total activity time: 3 hours & 30 minutes
  • total daily steps: 12,324

  5. Keeping track of the amount of steps you take is such an easy way to stay active. I actually use a Fitbit to keep tract of my activity, and it becomes almost a game to gain your step goal each day! Great Blog!
